Visual1553 is a simple program to show you the breakout of Mil-Std-1553 command and status words. For the command words it will show you the remote address, the transport mode, the subaddress (or mode if applicable) and the word count (or mode code if applicable). For status words it will show you the remote address and the bit statuses.

It's handy if you're deep inside a PASS or Chapter 8 recording with a hex editor and hand decoding the values. Just enter the 16 bit hexadecimal value and quickly know with confidence what the command word or status word breaks down as.
